Who We Are

Aspire Wealth Partners (AWP) is a rapidly growing, independent financial planning firm. We utilize the services of LPL Financial, the largest independent broker/dealer in the nation and a Fortune 500 company. AWP remains in the top 0.5% of all LPL affiliated firms year after year, placing us in LPL’s premier Executive Council. We have achieved this level of success by cultivating a dedicated and cohesive team with one primary goal of serving our clients with excellence. We value each member of our team and are looking to expand that team to meet the growing demands of the Arizona market. Our firm’s growth and new business is based mostly on client referrals. For this reason, our office does not require typical prospecting tactics or cold calls.

We are seeking a forward-thinking Client Services Associate (CSA) or Paraplanner with an eye for detail. Our team is career driven, motivated, and personable. We provide exceptional service to both our clients and fellow members of the Aspire Wealth Team. Our team members are professional, mature, and always use discretion with highly confidential information. Team members are expected to have exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills. They aspire to grow in their careers and appreciate mentorship from senior team members.

Responsibilities

Client Services Associate (CSA):

Accurately prepare, process, and verify all forms necessary to establish new accounts and service existing accounts.

Accurately prepare, process, and verify all transactions and account changes including, but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and account changes.

Prepare client reviews and meeting agendas with precision and accuracy.

Daily monitoring of Client Works notifications/alerts and taking appropriate action.

Monitor available cash for automatic withdrawals through Client Works.

Assisting clients with setting up and navigating Account View within Client Works.

Provide support for our Administrative team, answering calls, filling in when necessary, and covering lunches.

Paraplanner:

Evaluate client review reports and meeting agendas for precision and accuracy.

Assist with and attend client meetings with advisors, transcribe and enter notes into our CRM system, and set follow-up tasks resulting from the meetings.

Accurately task team members with performing and verifying transactions and account changes, including, but not limited to, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, account openings, and account changes.

Follow up with clients directly regarding tasks resulting from meetings.

Gather information and prepare financial plan reports utilizing various financial planning software systems.

Lead client meetings pertaining to paperwork and signing new account forms.

All Team Members Will:

Navigate our CRM to add new clients, update existing records, and schedule client meetings as needed.

Document accurately all client communication and task status updates in our CRM.

Communicate professionally, effectively, and in a timely manner with clients, staff, and outside companies.

Maintain confidentiality with regard to client and business information.

Assist and attend client events to promote Aspire Wealth Partners (please note that some of these events transpire outside of the normal working hours).

Preferred Skills

Securities Industry Essentials® (SIE®) Exam

Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.

Experience with MS Office, CRM systems, Financial Planning software.

Exceptional Customer Service skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Professional presentation, pride in oneself, and your work.

Organized, detail-oriented, exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills.

Ability to make personal connections, engage and educate clients, ask open-ended questions, and have active listening skills.

Ability to establish trust quickly and build lasting relationships.

Highly proficient in compliance and operational procedures.

Salary

Based on experience. ($50,000 - $70,000)

Team bonus plans (Starting at 5% of your annual salary, after introductory period).

Benefits

Health Insurance – Employer pays 100% of employee’s premium + 50% of family/dependent premium.

Life Insurance – Employer pays premium for $50,000 benefit.

Short/Long Term Disability Insurance – Employer pays 100% of premium.

HSA Match - Up to $1,000 annually.

401(k) Profit Sharing Plan (after introductory period).

Options to sign up for dental, vision and family/dependent medical.

Schedule

Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Location: 1647 N Swan Rd, Tucson, AZ 85712 (In person only, no remote work).

AWP Timeline

Resumes reviewed daily and responded to within 2 business days.

Scheduled 30-minute phone interview with Operations Manager to review qualifications and goals.

Scheduled 60-minute in-person interview with Operations Manager and Senior CSA and Senior Paraplanner to determine personal compatibility.

Offer letters to eligible candidates will be emailed out.

LPL Financial onboarding process can take 2 - 4 weeks (must be able to pass a criminal background check and a financial credit check).

Weekly training meetings are conducted with the Operations Manager and Senior CSA/Senior Paraplanner to receive/provide feedback on progression.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
