Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Front Desk Concierge to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and staff alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while supporting daily operations in a professional environment.

Duties

Greet visitors, clients, and staff with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently using proper phone etiquette
Handle front desk responsibilities including check-ins, appointments, and visitor sign-in procedures
Maintain organized reception area, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies
Support administrative tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and correspondence via email or phone
Assist with office management duties like organizing documents, proofreading communications, and supporting clerical functions
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace tools for document creation, editing, and data management

Requirements

Must be able to pass a background check
Proven experience in office management or front desk roles with excellent organizational skills
Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and multi-line phone systems
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person and over the phone
Demonstrated clerical experience such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience with personal assistant duties or office support roles is preferred
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
