Overview

Home Health Leaders is a fast-growing coaching company that helps physical therapists, occupational therapists, and assistants build profitable, flexible careers, and businesses in the home health setting.

Our clients use our systems to:

Increase income without burning out
Build real autonomy in their careers
Create businesses that support their family and lifestyle — not the other way around

We’ve helped therapists across the U.S. radically improve how they earn, work, and live. Demand for our programs continues to grow, and we’re expanding our sales team to support that growth.

We’re looking for a high-performance sales closer to help qualified therapists take the next step into our coaching programs.

This role is for someone who:

Takes pride in helping people make confident, aligned decisions
Understands that great sales is service
Wants to be rewarded directly for performance
Is hungry and self motivated
Wants to be a core part of a small intimate team vs a number on a huge sales team

You’ll be speaking with motivated, educated prospects who already believe in investing in themselves... not cold leads or price shoppers.

This is not a call-center role.
This is not hourly.
This is for experienced closers who know how to guide prospects to confident decisions and get paid based on results.

What You’ll Be Closing

High-ticket coaching offers
Warm, pre-qualified inbound leads (no cold calling)
Decision-maker prospects (licensed therapists)

Compensation

10% CC
Additional performance-based bonuses
OTE once trained & confident on offer: $10K–$25K/month

There is no cap on earnings.

What Success Looks Like

Confidently running 1-call closes via Zoom
Following a proven sales framework (no winging it)
Consistently hitting and exceeding close-rate targets
Maintaining clean CRM notes and pipeline hygiene
Completing EOD reports and tracking sheets
Sending Loom videos/following up with leads in downtime
Daily calls with owner for 1 on 1 coaching to improve every day

Requirements

Minimum 1 year closing experience (coaching offer preferred)
Must have invested in yourself with training programs
Comfortable selling high ticket prices
Strong discovery and objection-handling skills
Clear, confident communication
Reliable internet and quiet home workspace
Must be located outside of California
