Our team is seeking qualified applicants for part-time Customer Experience Representatives.

Job Description:

Customer Experience Representatives (CERs) are responsible for helping our customers and their policyholders by providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Customer Experience Representatives’ general responsibilities involve answering questions, processing orders, scheduling appointments, conducting virtual and over-the-phone surveys, and managing communications.

Utilize Mueller proprietary software and a scheduling calendar to coordinate appointments
Contact with Policyholders, Agents and Underwriters to schedule and obtain additional information
Interview Policyholders to ensure accurate forms and questions are answered prior to field assignment
Conduct virtual (over-the-phone) surveys inclusive of interviews regarding risk and/or business
Answer customer requests (via phone, email, and Enterprise)
Handle status updates, disputes, and reopen requests
Process new order requests for retail orders as needed
Process closeouts
Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Customer Service or Call Center Experience
Insurance, real estate, and/or valuation industry knowledge preferred.
Bi-Lingual Preferred

Required Equipment:

Desktop or Laptop Computer with up-to-date operating system (8GB memory, 7th gen processor or newer)
High Speed Internet (DSL, dial-up or satellite internet is not accepted)
Headset, Keyboard, Mouse

Qualifications:

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superior organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated and able to take initiative.
Pleasant and professional approach.
Computer skills with experience using MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) preferred.

Pay Range

Pay range is the minimum and maximum rate of pay for a given position
The rate of pay in which a candidate is hired will be based on experience, seniority, and market factors within the established range
The range for this position is $16-$20 per hour

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
