Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a passion for creating innovative solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications that meet the needs of our clients while ensuring high performance and responsiveness. The main function of a Developer (Other Specialty) is to design, develop, and implement applications using Pega Systems to support business requirements.

Responsibilities

Analyze highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications
Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts
Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support a solution
Assure quality security and compliance requirements are met for supported area
Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment
Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
5-7 years experience required Development experience in Pega Systems.
Hands on experience in designing, developing and successful deployment of large scale projects from end-to-end
Hands on experience in following the iterative and agile SDLC

Qualifications
Candidates should possess a strong foundation in computer science with experience in the following areas:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
5-7 years experience required
Development experience in Pega Systems.
Hands on experience in designing, developing and successful deployment of large scale projects from end-to-end Hands on experience in following the iterative and agile SDLC
This position does not offer visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. independently.
The candidate must reside on the East Coast ( Florida, New Jersey, North Carolina, New York)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
