Summary

We are seeking a Benefits Administrator to join our dynamic team at Cosmo Insurance Agency. This role is essential in managing employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with regulations while enhancing employee satisfaction through effective benefits administration.

Responsibilities

Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, Vision and life Insurance
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding employee benefits.
Conduct employee orientation sessions to explain benefits offerings.
Manage HRIS systems for accurate tracking of employee benefits data.
Assist employees with inquiries related to their benefits and resolve issues promptly.
Analyze data related to benefits usage and trends to inform decision-making.
Collaborate with vendors to negotiate contracts and improve service delivery.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Benefits Administrator or similar role in HR.
Strong knowledge of HRIS systems; experience with Dayforce, PeopleSoft or UltiPro preferred.
Excellent data analysis skills to interpret benefits-related information effectively.
Ability to manage vendor relationships.
Outstanding communication skills for effective interaction with employees and management.
Experience in employee relations is highly desirable.
