Full Job Description

Build a Flexible Career in Financial Services

Job Type: Non-Captive Broker
Compensation: Commission-based with performance bonuses
Estimated First-Year Earnings: $35,000–$85,000+ per year, depending on schedule and personal activity
Schedule: Flexible, minimum 20–25 hours per week recommended

Emerald Aces Financial is looking for motivated, entrepreneurial, and service-minded individuals who want to build a career in financial services while working remotely.

This is a 1099, commission-based opportunity for individuals who are interested in client education, financial strategy, wealth-building, retirement planning, insurance and long-term business growth. No prior financial services experience is required, but candidates must be willing to complete licensing, follow a structured training system, and actively build their own client base.

We are independent, non-captive brokers with access to a broad network of A-Rated financial and insurance companies. Our agents are trained to educate clients, identify needs, and help match individuals, families, professionals, and business owners with appropriate strategies based on their goals along with their current stage of life.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants more than just a job. It is designed for people who are interested in building a flexible career, scaling their income over time, and growing within an entrepreneurial environment.

What You’ll Do

Meet with clients virtually to understand their goals, concerns, priorities, and financial needs
Educate clients on wealth-building strategies, financial protection, retirement planning, life insurance, college funds, head start plans, long-term care, and more
Help clients compare suitable options based on their needs, budget, risk tolerance, and long-term goals
Conduct regular check-ins and portfolio reviews to ensure progress
Build and manage your own client base through prospecting, referrals, networking, relationship-building, and even social media branding if desired
Complete all required licensing and stay up to date on industry standards
Monitor economic trends and market conditions
Participate in ongoing training, product education, and business development
Work toward leadership opportunities if you are interested in building and managing your own team or agency

What You Should Know Before Applying

Candidates are responsible for their own licensing and background check startup costs. We provide licensing support and access to pre-licensing education.

We provide training, mentorship, and systems, but agents are expected to actively build their own client base. This is a strong fit for someone who is self-motivated, coachable, professional, and comfortable with relationship-building.

Minimum Requirements

Must be based in the United States
Must be willing to obtain a Life, Accident/Health insurance license as required by your state
Must be willing to complete a background check in accordance with applicable laws and licensing requirements
Must be comfortable working in a 1099, commission-based role
Must be able to commit at least 20–25 hours per week
Must have reliable internet, phone, and computer access
Must have strong communication skills and a professional virtual presence
Must be coachable, self-directed, and willing to follow a proven training system
