Role and Responsibilities:
· Full scale troubleshooting and repair (ability to replace all components of the device)
· Flexible to travel as required
· Flexible to work overtime, nights, and weekends as required
· May be asked to back up or perform duties of other job roles as qualified
· Maintains technical knowledge by completing training and reviewing technical publications
· Work all proactive maintenance (DRA) tickets assigned.
· Work all break/fix tickets assigned
o Contacting customer within 30 minutes after receiving
o Closing within (SLA) specified hours allotted of receiving
o Escalating to manager any ticket not closed after 1 hour
· Maintain inventory
o Check in incoming orders daily
o Check inventory levels correcting any discrepancies
o Escalating any consumable outage to manager
o Preparing and shipping parts out when requested
· Customer service
o Responsible for maintaining good customer communications
o Meet all customers’ needs and requests, reporting any problems to manager
o Maintaining professional communications and appearance
Requirements:
· High School Diploma minimum, technical associates degree preferred
· 1-3 years print break/fix experience in an environment of 300+ devices
· Xerox /Lexmark Certifications Preferred; or equivalent printer experience will be accepted.
· Active A+ Certification
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Maintain a professional appearance
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Ability to walk for long periods of time
· Ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs
· Must be able to pass blindness color test
· Must have reliable personal transportation and valid driver license
· Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
