About Us:

Jordan Craig (part of Brian Brothers) is a leading NYC based streetwear brand specializing in premium denim and contemporary apparel. Since 1989, we have been focused on quality craftsmanship and modern designs, catering to individuals who appreciate style.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce and Lifestyle Videographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in all aspects of fashion videography, possess strong and efficient editing skills, and have a passion for storytelling through visual content. More specifically, we are interested in a candidate that has the proven ability to create highly engaging reels, long form and other video content. Interest and experience in clothing, specifically streetwear is a MAJOR plus.

Location & Schedule:

This is a full-time, in-person position based primarily at the Jordan Craig office/studio in Carlstadt, NJ. While most shoots and video editing tasks are conducted at the in house studio, candidates must be willing to travel for some photoshoots. The more lifestyle content, the better.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture high-quality product videos for our ecommerce platform, ensuring consistency and creativity.
Edit and retouch videos and images to meet our standards for clarity, color accuracy, and presentation.
Proactively come up with creative ideas for video content and photoshoots that align with our brand identity.
Source materials and props for shoots, either from Amazon or local stores, to enhance the visual appeal of our products.
Create compelling video content tailored for various platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snap).
Keep up with trending video formats and adapt content accordingly.
Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to execute video concepts and photoshoots.
Maintain relationships with models, negotiate model contracts, and source models for photoshoots.
Assist with merchandising tasks as needed to ensure product presentation meets brand standards.
Serve as a back up photographer when the main photographer is out

Skills:

Proficient videographer with an eye for detail.
Proficient video editor who works quickly.
Graphic design skills.
Ability to keep up with trending video formats.
Self starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience:

Proven experience as an ecommerce and lifestyle videographer, photographer, and video editor, preferably in the fashion industry.
Track record of creating highly engaging video content for social media (provide examples)
Strong portfolio showcasing fashion videography skills
Experience in storyboarding, casting, scripting, shooting, editing, and evaluating direct response videos for paid social platforms.
Understanding of key components to create winning video ads.

Program Proficiency:

Ability to edit in major video editing suites such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Final Cut.

Personal Qualities:

Passion for marketing and storytelling.
Proactive approach to idea generation and sourcing materials for shoots.
Loves storytelling and has a strong sense of narrative.
Modular approach to content creation.
Team player
Self starter

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
