Pulmonary/Critical Care Physician Opportunity – Redlands Community Hospital | Redlands, CA

Anticipated Total Compensation: $530,000+/year | 1099 Model | New Graduates Welcome

Renew Medical Group is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Pulmonary and Critical Care physician to join our clinician-led team at Redlands Community Hospital in Redlands, California.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

Anticipated total annual compensation: $530,000+/year based on shifts worked

1099 independent contractor model

COMPENSATION BREAKDOWN

RCH ICU Day Shifts (7a–7p, 12 hours): $2,309.23/shift

RCH ICU Night Shifts (7p–7a, 12 hours): $3,021.97/shift

Pulmonary Consult & Clinic (5 days/week, 7a–5p): $1,770.83/shift

SGMH Coverage: $2,309.23/shift

Full-time rotation anticipated: 3 weeks inpatient ICU rotation + 1 week outpatient (flexible per group preference). With typical scheduling, annual compensation projects to $530,000+. Exact total varies based on individual shift selections and call coverage.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Manage a dedicated 12-bed open ICU with 5–10 patients per day average. You'll run the ICU with NP support carrying the established patient list. Service includes inpatient consults, outpatient pulmonary clinic, and dedicated night coverage for floor admits and ICU admissions. Respiratory therapists manage the majority of intubations. EMR is Ingenious Med.

This is a true clinician-led environment where your group self-manages your specific rotation and schedule around your life priorities. We're actively planning for sleep medicine and PFT expansion—your input shapes the future of the service line.

SCHEDULE DETAILS

ICU: 12-hour shifts (day or night)

Pulmonary Consult & Clinic: 5 days/week, 7a–5p

Call: Night coverage for ICU and floor admits

Time Off: Variable, managed by group
