Full Job Description

We are dynamic and growing business looking for an entrepreneurial-minded, self-motivated and team-oriented professional with experience in high-tech operations or facilities management.

We will train the right person provided they possess leadership skills with an eye for perfection, dedication to quality and a desire to learn. Superior multitasking, decision making, and time-management skills are essential. Advanced mechanical, computer and functional skills mandatory.

This Operations Manager (OM) will be in charge of managing all aspects of the operation at our both our locations in Puhi.

The position will include hiring and managing of teams, handling logistics and efficiency of the operation, maintaining high-tech equipment, ordering supplies, as well as fleet management.

OM will ensure that all employees have the tools and resources needed to be successful in their jobs. OM is responsible for creating new systems, policies, and procedures as well as make adjustments as needed in accordance with the strategic alignment of the business and has many resources at their disposal.

They must be well-versed and compliant with OSHA standards. You will meet directly with the Owner to discuss successes, issues, projects and room for improvements and growth. Also, will meet with new and existing clients to determine their needs and to remedy any issues that may arise.

Salary is based on experience and total compensation includes incentive bonus program, full health benefits as well as mileage and cell phone reimbursement. Work schedule will include weekends and holidays.

The Commercial Manager is essential for driving operational success while ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. If you possess the necessary skills and are ready to take on this dynamic role, we encourage you to apply.
