CDL Class A Truck Driver, Home Weekly | $1,400 to $1,900 Avg Weekly

Earn a $1,400 to $1,900 weekly average with home weekly regional driving across the Midwest. We're a family owned, asset based carrier that treats drivers like people, with steady miles, clear communication, and a company that actually answers the phone.

Pick the Schedule That Fits Your Life

Full Dispatch Regional, 0.64 CPM: Home weekly for drivers open to a full dispatch based on the 70-hour clock with no exceptions. This doesn't mean we use the full 70, only that you're available for it.

Schedule Exception Regional, 0.59 CPM: Set your own consistent weekly home time, Thursday/Friday, Friday/Saturday, and more. Some drivers even run a 3 day at home work week if that's what they need. Ask us about this option.

Both rates require 1+ years of verifiable experience. Touch freight availability for higher CPM.

We are in the top 5% in the state of Ohio for driver pay and lead the industry in pay and benefits.

Competitive pay, paid weekly every Friday via direct deposit
Detention, layover, and breakdown pay
Safety bonus of up to $300 a month based on Netradyne camera scoring and other driver specific criteria
0.14 CPM per diem
Referral bonus $3,000
Great medical insurance at low premiums, starting the 1st of the month after your hire date
Dental and vision with low premiums
Life insurance after 90 days at no cost to the employee
401(k) with company match after 90 days
Paid vacations and holidays
10 personal days, prorated beginning January 1st

Late model trucks with automatic transmissions
No-slip seating, assigned trucks

Refrigerators, power inverters, satellite radio, and a brand new mattress in every truck
Maintained to the highest standards by certified techs in our in house shop
High strength steel cabs and driver side airbags, among the safest trucks on the road

Driver Requirements

Valid CDL Class A
Minimum 1 year verifiable tractor trailer experience
Clean driving record
Able to pass DOT physical and drug screen

Pay: $1,400.00 - $1,900.00 per week
