CAS Senior Manager/ Director

Job Title: CAS Senior Manager / Director
Location: Cleveland, OH (Hybrid or 100% Fully Remote)
Position Type: Full-time

Position Overview

We are seeking a high-level CAS Senior Manager or Director to drive strategic growth, lead large-scale client engagements, and shape the future of our outsourced accounting services. In this role, you will take full ownership of major client relationships, serve as a trusted advisor, and mentor a talented team. You can work from our Cleveland office or stay fully remote from home.

What You'll Do

Drive Firm Growth: Contribute heavily to business development and expand our CAS practice nationally.
Lead Client Relationships: Manage high-level client accounts and ensure top-quality service delivery.
Oversee Accounting Operations: Direct complex financial reporting, advisory workflows, and strategic solutions for client needs.
Mentor and Develop Staff: Supervise, train, and build a high-performing team of accounting professionals.
Implement Strategy: Identify and launch modern financial tools and processes to optimize client performance.

Qualifications

Certification: Active CPA license is required.
Experience: 8+ years of progressive accounting and advisory experience, with a background in public accounting.
Leadership: Proven success managing teams, leading major engagements, and driving business development.
Skills: Elite leadership, top-tier client service, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
