Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.
- Perform various beauty treatments including body waxing, hair threading, esthetic laser treatments, and makeup application.
- Administer dermal fillers and other cosmetic procedures as per qualifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa room and equipment.
- Assist clients with product recommendations and retail sales to enhance their experience.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling and client inquiries.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide the best service possible.
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality or customer service roles within the beauty industry is preferred.
- Certification or licensure in cosmetology or relevant beauty treatments is required.
- Familiarity with color theory and its application in makeup services is a plus.
- Experience in retail sales within a spa or salon environment is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
