Full Job Description

MESA seeks a computer graphics and visualization designer with 2 plus years of experience in 3D modeling, concept rendering, and architectural visualization. All candidates must demonstrate an expertise in quality graphic representation of site and architectural elements. In collaboration with the Graphics Director, this individual will work alongside project teams building detailed high-quality 3D models and should be comfortable producing visualizations ranging from photo-realistic renderings to diagrammatic sketches.

The successful candidate will:

Have excellent design and communication skills.
Have outstanding graphic rendering skills (hand drawing as well as computer graphics).
Be knowledgeable of and have experience with 3D modeling and rendering workflows.
Demonstrate the ability to create high quality computer-generated graphics ranging from simple diagrams to highly detailed perspective renderings.
Be capable of working with design teams and consultants through conceptual design stages.
Be able to coordinate with team members to complete projects while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
Be able to prepare design presentations.
Be proficient with 3D modeling using a variety of SketchUp plugins and extensions.
Be proficient with other computer applications like Lumion, Substance Designer, and Adobe applications such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. (Adobe Premier and After Effects are a plus.)

Additionally, the successful candidate will be self-motivated, anticipate the needs of clients and projects, communicate effectively orally and in writing, work independently and on a team, have a broad portfolio of renderings demonstrating their range of abilities and be available for immediate in-person work in Dallas, Texas.
