Full Job Description

Integrated Therapy and Recovery is seeking Associate Marriage and Family Therapists to join our specialized team. Must be pursuing licensure in California.

We focus on Healthy Sexuality: specifically in the areas of sex/pornography addiction and betrayal recovery for partners.

We help individuals, couples, teens and families overcome and recover from compulsive sexual behaviors.

What ITR provides:

Group and individual supervision led by Alex Lerza, LMFT, CSAT. Prior to ITR, Alex was part of the largest Bay Area group private practice, where he grew the largest private practice in its 30-year history. Training in a wide variety of modalities
Ongoing client referrals
Library of resources to use with your clients
Practical training to help build your private practice
Opportunities to develop a specialty and integrate areas of interest into your training
Administrative support, including: EHR system and Telehealth technology
Flexible schedule with evenings/weekends optional
Compensation: Up to $18-$75/hour depending on experience, training and part time vs full time. Income can grow with experience and training.

Education: Master’s degree in counseling psychology or equivalent
A Registered Associate # from the BBS
Seeking licensure in state of California
