ABOUT STAFF PRO
At Staff Pro Workforce Solutions, we do one thing better than anyone: we make sure the right people show up ready to work.
- We are not your typical staffing company. Staff Pro is a multi-award-winning industry leader where driven professionals come to build real careers. Across hospitality, light industrial, and skilled trades, we connect great talent with great opportunities every single day. Here, you will find a team that invests in your growth, celebrates your wins, and trusts you with the autonomy to make a real impact. If you are ready to lead, grow, and help shape the future of workforce solutions, you have found your place.
ROLE SUMMARY
This is where the action is. As a Staffing Operations Supervisor, you turn a client’s order into a crew that shows up, performs, and makes Staff Pro look great.
You lead the temporary field employees on your accounts — assigning their work, directing them on-site, and owning their attendance and performance.
You decide who is ready to be placed, who earns their way back onto the schedule, and who is not the right fit.
You work within your branch, but you are playing for the whole team: the success of your market and of Staff Pro.
The best Supervisors do not just fill orders — they grow accounts. You will look for every chance to deepen and widen what Staff Pro does for your clients, turn great service into referrals, and keep satisfaction high enough that clients would not dream of calling anyone else.
Do that while keeping your people safe, your records clean, and your accounts compliant, and you will make a real mark on your market — and on the clients who count on us.
If you are a dynamic leader passionate about connecting talented individuals with meaningful opportunities while ensuring compliance and operational excellence, we encourage you to apply today.
Join us in shaping a diverse workforce that drives organizational success.
