Location: Remote

Job Overview:

Are you passionate about managing and overseeing the development of immersive virtual reality game projects? Do you have a strong background in project management or as a Game Producer? Join our team at DLVR. and help us shape the future of VR gaming. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading the development of new VR game projects, including our #1 multiplayer all-in-one VR sports game, BIG BALLERS VR along with our secret new game.

You'll work closely with a small high performance team to ensure the successful delivery of engaging and innovative gameplay experiences. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that are redefining the boundaries of virtual reality gaming.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the development of new game projects, including gameplay mechanics, features, and optimizations for BIG BALLERS VR
Work with developers and designers to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and requirements
Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates on progress, risks, and issues
Ensure quality assurance and testing processes are implemented to deliver a smooth gameplay experience in VR
Stay informed on the latest trends and technologies in VR gaming to enhance project outcomes
Continuous market research to stay ahead of the curve

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Game Development, or related field
3+ years of experience in project management within the game development industry
Strong understanding of game development processes and best practices
Knowledge of VR development and optimization
Experience with multiplayer game development and networking
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Some programming experience or Unity development experience is preferred
