Role/Title: Sr. Requirements and Test Analyst

We are seeking a Sr. Requirements and Test Analyst to join our growing team in support of our federal program.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to impactful, mission-critical initiatives.

Lead requirements gathering sessions with federal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to define functional, technical, and operational needs.

Analyze, refine, document, and validate complex system requirements, including integration, interfaces, data sources, and business processes.

Create and maintain test documentation, including test strategies, test plans, test scripts, test cases, and testable item lists.

Develop and maintain a requirements traceability matrix (RTM) and report progress and issue resolution using Jira and regular weekly reporting.

Continuously work with development team to review requirements (existing and new), define test scenarios, and ensure complete test coverage.

Execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing; document results, defects, and recommendations.

Analyze test outcomes, identify risks, and provide recommendations to improve solution quality and implementation readiness.

Configure and manage Jira for requirements tracking management, maintenance, dashboards, and stakeholder reporting.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog reviews, release planning, and solution demonstrations.

Review project deliverables and provide written feedback, recommendations, and quality assessments to team, program leadership and stakeholders.

Develop and maintain user documentation, training plans, implementation strategies, rollout plans, and business continuity documentation.

Serve as a liaison between government stakeholders, developers, business users, and technical teams to support effective communication and project execution.

Identify opportunities to improve requirements management, testing processes, documentation standards, and overall solution quality.

Follow the PM and support in the security assessment process and ensure adherence to security, compliance, and quality standards.

Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives

Special projects such as corporate proposals, technical write ups, etc., as needed.

Provide support and expertise in assigned domain.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.

Experience supporting complex enterprise software development and modernization initiatives.

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and QA best practices.

Experience developing requirements documentation, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices.

Proven experience creating and executing test strategies, test plans, test cases, scripts, and validation documentation.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership.

Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while working effectively in cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in using JIRA and conducting Requirement gathering, requirements analysis, requirements traceability, testing, etc.

Knowledge and ability to work with both waterfall and agile methodologies.

Ability to apply analytic methodologies and principles to help define project objectives and strategic direction.

Ability to prioritize and work effectively towards deadlines.

Ability to interact with a variety of individuals in a courteous and professional manner.

10+ years of relevant experience in requirements analysis, business analysis, systems analysis, software quality assurance, or software testing.

Experience supporting large-scale enterprise technology modernization initiatives.

Experience with requirements management and test management tools.

Experience working in Agile development environments.

Experience supporting government or regulated industry programs.
-
Proven ability to work in fast-paced, client-focused environments.

Experience supporting federal programs preferred.

Position requires BS/BA degree in a STEM discipline with 10 years of experience or a MS/MA degree in STEM discipline with 10 years of experience.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

Compensation
Salary range reflects our commitment to pay equity and transparency. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, certifications, labor qualifications, geographic location and contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
