Full Job Description

Make an Impact on Quality, Compliance, and Product Safety Launch Your Quality Career in Aerospace as a Quality Control Analyst!

Pay Rate: $27.00/hr

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst to support quality assurance and testing activities within a highly regulated aerospace environment. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring products meet stringent quality, safety, and regulatory standards before they reach customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about quality systems, laboratory testing, compliance, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

Quality Testing & Inspection

Evaluate raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Perform quality control assays, inspections, and testing activities.
Assist in validating quality control methods and procedures.

Documentation & Compliance

Develop, revise, and maintain quality specifications and documentation.
Write and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Ensure accurate documentation of testing results and quality records.

Process Support

Assist in identifying and resolving quality-related issues.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on product quality and compliance.
Work closely with quality, manufacturing, and engineering teams to maintain product integrity.

Regulatory & Quality Standards

Ensure compliance with established quality systems and FAA-regulated requirements.
Follow documented procedures and established testing protocols.
Support audits, inspections, and quality reviews as needed.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, engineering, or related field (preferred)
0–2 years of experience in quality control, laboratory testing, manufacturing, or a related area
Basic understanding of quality assurance principles and testing methodologies
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines
Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, laboratory, or regulated environments
Familiarity with quality systems and standard operating procedures
Experience performing inspections, testing, or data analysis
Knowledge of quality standards and compliance requirements

Pay Details: $27.00 per hour
