Executive Assistant

Job Overview

We’re a fast-paced, ever-evolving media outlet looking for a reliable and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Officers and Head of Operations. The ideal candidate is able to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct administrative support to company executives
Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel
Assist with personal tasks and errands for executive team
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Serve as a liaison between executives, staff, and external contacts
Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion
Perform general office duties and help keep the workplace organized and efficient

Qualifications:

Experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Assistant, or Receptionist
Experience with Media Companies specialized in documentaries or True Crime story telling.
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Must be willing to undergo a background check

Pay: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour
