Full Job Description

Critical Care Medical Director

217 hospital beds
16 bed ICU with 5 bed CCU
Physician shift: 7a-7p with night call 7p-7a
NPPA shifts: 7a-7p; 7p-7a
On-call frequency is rare due to night staff onsite
Collegial relationship with the Hospitalist Program that is also staffed by SCP Health

Scope of Responsibilities & Reporting Relationship

Reports to SVP Group Medical Officer or Division EVP/CMO
Collaborative responsibility with the EM/HM Group Vice President among other Senior Executives

Schedule

120 - 168 clinical hours/month
60 administrative hours/month

Qualifications

MD or DO
Pulmonary Critical Care Medicine, Board Certified
Preferred: 2 years of single-site Critical Care Medicine Leadership experience

Sign-On Bonus & Available

Additional stipend for Medical Director included in salary range
