Our client, a leading innovator in autonomous mobility solutions, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Program Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be an integral part of the engineering and product development departments, supporting cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives forward. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s mission to revolutionize urban transportation.

Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Location: Foster City, CA

Pay Range: $80/hour + Benefits

What's the Job?

Coordinate and manage complex cross-functional projects related to autonomous vehicle technology
Develop detailed project schedules, identify milestones, and flag potential risks to ensure timely delivery
Collaborate with engineering teams across software, hardware, vehicle engineering, and product departments
Work closely with product teams to identify and triage product issues, ensuring customer safety and satisfaction
Prepare and deliver executive presentations on program status, risks, and achievements to stakeholders

What's Needed?

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 6 years of experience in engineering, program management, or management consulting
Proficiency with project management tools such as Gantt charts, risk matrices, Smartsheet, JIRA, etc.
Strong ability to build relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
