Full Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Project/Program Manager to lead innovative marketing initiatives and drive cross-functional collaboration. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain campaign roadmaps to ensure timely project execution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement Integrated Demand Plans (IDPs) that meet organizational goals.

Identify project risks and implement tracking protocols to ensure successful outcomes.

Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, focusing on operational efficiency.

Own documentation and standard operating procedures, ensuring consistency across teams.

Skills

Proven program management experience, particularly in marketing or digital campaigns.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile ceremonies.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

Experience with project management tools such as Workfront and Figma.

Certification in Agile methodologies or program management.

Ability to analyze data and provide insights for process improvements.

Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
