HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT:
As the VP, Global Technology for a dynamic, private equity-owned manufacturing enterprise, you will be the architect of digital transformation - championing a culture of innovation, entrepreneurship, and continuous improvement. You will lead the evolution of business information systems, leveraging emerging technologies and agile methodologies to drive competitive advantage and operational excellence. Your vision will shape the future of our digital landscape, ensuring our systems are resilient, scalable, and aligned with both current and future business needs.

Identify and implement breakthrough technologies that enhance business performance

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; MBA preferred
-
10+ years of progressive leadership in information systems, with a track record of driving innovation and managing complex projects

Proven success managing diverse teams – managers, analysts, programmers and support staff
-
Exceptional business acumen and communication skills - effective written and verbal communication skills; able to express oneself clearly and in technical and non-technical terms

Deep understanding of manufacturing technologies and deployment methodologies

Collaborative and effective team player and able to work with teams who are globally dispersed

Core competencies: Continuous learning, flexibility, customer focus, quality commitment, and relationship-building

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software SAP (preferred)

Available for domestic and international travel (up to 20%)
At Oregon Tool, we provide a reasonable, good-faith estimate of the compensation range for this role of $240,000 to $260,000 + bonus. Final offers are based on various factors such as experience, skills, qualifications and internal equity. This range may vary based on geographic location where the position is filled, and most new hires are not typically hired at the top of the range.
