About Us

We are a design-focused kitchen and bath cabinetry studio based in Woburn MA. Our team works with homeowners, builders, and designers to deliver cabinetry solutions with excellent service and attention to detail.

Position Summary

We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This person will play a key role in ensuring smooth showroom and office functions, supporting sales and design staff, and assisting with client communications and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Greet visitors and answer phones in a professional manner
Maintain and organize client and project files
Enter and track orders, deliveries, and job schedules
Communicate with vendors for quotes, lead times, and order confirmations
Assist with invoicing, billing, and purchase order entry
Maintain showroom materials and sample libraries
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for sales/design team
Assist with marketing tasks such as social media updates or newsletters (optional)
Perform general office tasks (filing, ordering supplies, mail sorting)

Qualifications

Previous administrative experience (preferably in a showroom, construction, or design environment)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, SmartSheet, Google Workspace, and basic CRM or order entry systems
Ability to work independently and with a small team
Interest or familiarity with kitchen/bath design or home improvement is a plus

Hours & Compensation

Part-time: [e.g., 3–5 days/week, mornings or flexible hours]
Hourly pay based on experience
Opportunity for growth into Design, Sales and expanded hours over time

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
