Full Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle IT projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery across multiple workstreams
Manage large-scale initiatives such as system implementations, data platform builds, migrations, and API integrations
Drive transformation projects that modernize systems, data architecture, and business processes
Partner with business, technology, and vendor teams to align project objectives with operational goals
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets
Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues to ensure successful delivery
Ensure effective communication across stakeholders, including senior leadership
Coordinate cross-functional teams in environments involving supply chain, operations, or manufacturing systems
Support data-related initiatives including data migration, integration, and validation activities, aligning with enterprise standards

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in IT project management
Prior experience working in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain industries
Experience working within a private equity-backed organization (minimum $1B enterprise environment required)
Proven track record delivering large-scale technology initiatives
Hands-on experience with system implementations, migrations, and integrations
Strong understanding of data platforms, data flows, and API-based integrations
