Overview

We are seeking an energetic and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead our dynamic marketing initiatives and drive impactful growth across multiple channels. Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive multichannel marketing strategies that align with business goals, including digital, social media, content marketing, and traditional advertising campaigns.
Lead and manage cross-functional marketing, advertising, and public relations teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and brand consistency.
Oversee the creation of engaging content across platforms using copywriting skills and content marketing best practices to attract and retain target audiences.
Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and optimize customer journeys through email marketing, demand generation marketing, and web analytics reporting.
Manage advertising sales initiatives by designing compelling social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords.
Utilize web analytics tools like Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and inform data-driven decision making for continuous improvement.
Coordinate with product management teams to support e-commerce initiatives using WordPress, HTML, and digital marketing techniques to enhance online sales channels.

Requirements

Proven experience managing marketing, advertising or public relations teams within a fast-paced environment.
Strong expertise in SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, and digital advertising strategies.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and campaign design.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo.
Knowledge of web analytics tools including Google Analytics for reporting insights.
Familiarity with B2B marketing principles, demand generation strategies, and e-commerce platforms.
Ability to develop compelling content through copywriting and research while maintaining brand voice consistency.
Technical skills in HTML, WordPress management, Facebook Advertising campaigns, Google AdWords, and print advertising are highly desirable.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously within budget constraints.
