Job Overview

GoldEagleAuctions is a leading online auction and liquidation company specialising in the sale of consumer goods, electronics, tools, and surplus inventory. We provide a streamlined digital bidding experience, serving buyers looking for discounted merchandise and sellers needing efficient liquidation solutions. We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Manager / Coordinator to join our team on a remote basis. This position is available on either a full-time or part-time basis, offering flexibility to the right candidate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and align with our company's strategic goals. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, growing e-commerce environment. The offered compensation for this role is between $35 - $60 USD per hour, dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and finalise projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support key business objectives.

Develop comprehensive project plans and associated communication documents.

Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular and clear status reports to management.

Manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise effective contingency plans.

Oversee the coordination of online auction processes, from inventory management to final sale and customer collection.

Contribute to the optimisation of internal processes to improve efficiency within our auction and liquidation workflows.

Qualifications

Proven professional experience in project management or project coordination.

Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with a demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a remote team environment.

Proficiency in using project management software and other digital collaboration tools.

A proactive, self-motivated approach with outstanding problem-solving abilities.

Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Experience within an e-commerce, auction, or retail environment is highly desirable.

A relevant project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) would be a distinct advantage.
