Internship Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Administrator Intern who will play a crucial role in keeping our projects well-managed and progressing effectively. The Intern Manager will oversee various projects, ensuring they align with our organizational goals while providing support and guidance. This position offers an opportunity to develop essential skills in program design and risk management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong business foundation, excellent communication and organizational skills, and familiarity or interest in healthcare administration.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and facilitate meetings, ensuring effective participation from busy stakeholders and board members.
Accurately capture detailed notes and action items during board and project meetings.
Organize and maintain comprehensive project documentation, task lists, timelines, and project plans.
Assist in preparing professional and engaging PowerPoint presentations.
Support application processes for relevant business or grant opportunities on behalf of Tellegacy.
Liaise regularly with team members to monitor project progress, identify roadblocks, and maintain momentum.
Coordinate scheduling, send calendar invites, and manage communications to optimize team efficiency.
Assist with basic website updates via WordPress and support occasional marketing tasks.

Skills and Qualifications

Current enrollment or recent graduate in Business, Healthcare Administration, Management, Communications, or related field.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively facilitate meetings and communicate clearly with board members and stakeholders.
Proven capability in coordinating availability among busy professionals.
Experience in note-taking, minute preparation, and documentation best practices.
Basic proficiency in creating professional presentations (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.).
Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
Preferred experience with WordPress and basic marketing skills (content updates, social media, newsletters).
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
Understanding of or interest in healthcare systems, particularly in rural healthcare settings, is advantageous.
A proactive attitude towards program development, with a focus on achieving results.
