Project Manager – Audio Video Integration

Mt. Juliet, TN | Full-Time, On-site

ABOUT PIXELFLEX

PixelFLEX is a leading provider of dvLED video display solutions, delivering innovative visual experiences to clients across industries — from corporate environments and higher education to house of worship, hospitality, retail, transportation, and trade shows. Based in Mt. Juliet, TN, our team thrives on precision, collaboration, and pushing the boundaries of what LED technology can do. We're growing — and we're looking for a driven Project Manager to help us deliver exceptional results for our clients.

THE ROLE

As a Project Manager, you'll own the full lifecycle of dvLED integration projects — from sales handoff to final client acceptance and technical support transition. You'll be the central hub connecting clients, sales, operations, and our field teams, keeping everything on time, on budget, and on point.

This is a high-impact role for someone who loves solving complex logistical puzzles, communicates clearly under pressure, and takes pride in delivering a flawless end product.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Project Planning & Execution

Manage all project delivery from sales handoff through closeout
Define scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with Sales Engineering and Technical Services
Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and documentation in project management software
Coordinate procurement, equipment staging, and delivery aligned to project timelines
Manage project budgets, expenses, and billing milestones with accounting

Client Communication

Serve as the primary client point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
Deliver regular updates, confirm approvals, and proactively manage expectations
Ensure installation teams have all technical and logistical details documented and communicated

Team & Resource Coordination

Schedule and manage installers, subcontractors, and internal technicians
Coordinate domestic and international shipping, tracking, and receiving of equipment
Provide guidance to Project Coordinators supporting your projects
Drive process improvements that increase operational and workflow efficiency

Quality Control

Verify LED systems pass quality checks before shipment and installation
Monitor installation progress and punch lists; escalate issues promptly
Participate in post-project reviews to identify lessons learned

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

3–5 years of project coordination/management experience in AV integration, construction, or a related technical field
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
Familiarity with technical documentation, construction drawings, and signal/power diagrams
Experience with dvLED video systems is a strong plus
Proficiency with project management tools (Wrike, Flex, or similar)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
PMP or CTS certification is a bonus — but not required
