Full Job Description

WestPro is small business located in Longmont, CO trying to do things differently in our industry. We believe in a positive and empowering work environment, where our team members are encouraged to grow, learn, and excel in their roles. We are seeking a Roofing and Siding Project Manager who embodies our company values and possesses grit, a positive attitude, and an eagerness to learn. We do not require any experience and, in fact, prefer an applicant with none. We are trying to do things differently in this field and will offer on-the-job training. We prefer to hire great people, not people with great experience. This position is primarily on-site with some time in office.

Requirements:

Associate’s degree or higher
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address project-related challenges and changes effectively.
Advanced organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong leadership and interpersonal/customer-service skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with teams, customers, and external vendors.
Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in estimating, change order processing, and documentation.
Valid driver's license, company vehicle will be provided.
Demonstrated ability to safely lift and carry objects weighing up to 80 lbs without assistance. This includes proper lifting techniques and the ability to perform repetitive lifting tasks throughout the workday.
Willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in construction project management in the residential or commercial industry.
Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry best practices.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in all project-related tasks.
Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to promoting a safe work environment.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations applicable to construction projects in the target market.

Competitive salary $55,000- $65,000 per year + performance-based bonus
