Full Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the medical device industry, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Cardiology Portfolio supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive leadership, and technical expertise, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Project Manager

Location: Remote

Duration: 5 months Contract

What's the Job?

Lead cross-functional teams in complex engineering projects across multiple product lines.
Develop, maintain, and track detailed project plans to ensure timely delivery.
Identify project risks, escalate issues, and communicate status effectively to stakeholders.
Coordinate with team members to define, monitor, and manage project deliverables.
Provide regular reports on project progress and team performance to leadership.

What's Needed?

B.S. degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience in engineering or manufacturing.
2-5 years of experience in matrix management and leading small teams.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
Strong communication skills and ability to evaluate and adapt engineering techniques independently.
Technical background with knowledge of engineering principles and familiarity with medical device regulations is preferred.
