We're hiring a Project Manager I to join our growing team! The ideal candidate is a driven individual ready to take ownership and deliver results in a fast-paced, technically challenging environment. Whether you're early in your PM journey or bringing years of experience, there's a place for you here.

PROJECT MANAGER I

Best fit for candidates with 1–3 years of PM or engineering experience. You'll own smaller projects end-to-end and support senior PMs on larger ones — all while building core competencies in project management, contracts, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage all project activities for projects valued under $250K
Support senior PMs on scheduling, logistics, and vendor communication for larger projects
Review contracts and specs; support change orders and sub-supplier requisitions
Handle project transmittals, shipping, and documentation per company procedures
Assist in resolving resource conflicts and closing warranty claims

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in civil/Structural or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent industry experience
1–3 years of PM or engineering experience preferred
Comfortable managing multiple projects in the $20K–$250K range simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; AutoCAD/Inventor a plus
Position involves work-related travel, including international destinations

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
