Full Job Description

BRW Contracting, Inc. is a Central Florida full-service site development company located in Land O' Lakes. Our services Includes land clearing and grading, underground utilities, concrete, and asphalt. We have been in the market for more than 20 years offering equal job opportunities. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager.

Position Overview:

Manage project budget, schedule, and Customer expectations in accordance with Company goals.
Coordinate with municipalities and other government agencies from start to final acceptance.
Manage vendor/supplier/subcontractor pricing, deliveries and/or task completion.
Review design documents, site plans, improvement plans for project coordination and accuracy.
Manage permit status for each project as well as obtaining all necessary permits and approvals.
Manage field efforts related to site work and coordinate vendors, inspectors, engineers, as required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare project schedules in MS Project and budget in B2W:
Use estimator information to formulate all scopes of work and budget.
Assist Project Coordinator in obtaining and preparing shop drawings and submittals.
Prior to each project starting, review the schedule, scope of work, production, and budget in detail with project team members.
Periodically review schedule milestones with the general superintendent and project superintendent.
At the weekly meeting, present progress reports regarding each project. The Project Manager has full responsibility for reporting and documenting changes to each job including change orders, submittals, change of plan set, and any other change to the original contract. Change order documentation will be completed and provided to the Owner as per their prescribed time frame, but approval should be obtained prior to work being completed.
Complete monthly pay requests for each job in a timely manner.
Act as an intermediary for all communications between the Owner, Engineers, and Company personnel.
Finalize each project through request for retainage and completed punch lists and as-built drawings.

Must have clean MVR

**Salary depends on experience**

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-5pm (1 hour lunch) with some Saturdays
