Whether you’re running a series of one-and-done EV charging station deployments across a wide swath of the country or managing a multi-year FTTH project from a single location, you’ll find the support you need to thrive at work and at home.

Here are details about the preferred experience and responsibilities for the Project Manager role, as well as a look at the BLVD culture.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

At least 2 years of experience in the field performing public or private utility location work.
Proven track record and stellar safety record for effectively performing locates for telecommunication, electric distribution, natural gas, cable television, fiber optics, streetlights, storm drains, water mains, and sanitary.
Ability to travel to project sites as needed, with the potential for relocation.
Relevant training & certifications, including — but not limited to — Certified Locator Technician (CLT) or Utility Locator Technician (ULT) from recognized organizations such as NULCA (National Utility Locating Contractors Association)
Experience using ground-penetrating radar (GPR) and other tools of the trade.
History of troubleshooting unexpected problems on the fly, collaborating with utility stakeholders to minimize damage and delays.
Regulatory smarts, including working knowledge of OSHA regulations and local utility marking guidelines.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Exhibiting a high level of responsiveness, including expedited follow-up for award of new potential contracts.
Proactively managing and executing projects.
Developing rapport and collaboration with clients and utility stakeholders.
Creating transparency with clients in terms of scheduling, troubleshooting of unexpected issues, achievement of key milestones, etc.
Tracking and documenting key project details, culminating in sharing of client deliverables.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
