Project Manager – Residential Construction

Company Overview:

We are a growing residential construction company focused on high-quality renovations, additions, and builds - created through strong systems, and long-term relationships. We are currently building a best-in-class construction operation in Loudoun County and surrounding areas.

We are hiring a Project Manager who wants more than just a job. This is a leadership-track role with a clear opportunity to grow into upper management as we scale.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a strong Project Manager who:

Knows residential construction inside and out
Can lead subcontractors and jobs with authority
Understands budgets, timelines, and client communication
Wants long-term leadership opportunity
Is motivated by performance-based upside

This role will begin as a Project Manager overseeing active residential projects and will evolve into a leadership role overseeing operations as we expand.

Responsibilities

Oversee residential construction projects from start to finish
Manage subcontractors, schedules, and budgets
Maintain quality control and job site standards
Communicate with homeowners and stakeholders
Track job costs and ensure profitability
Assist in building out a strong team as we grow

Qualifications

5+ years residential construction project management experience
Strong knowledge of estimating, budgeting, and scheduling
Ability to hold subs accountable
Experience managing multiple projects at once
Strong communication and leadership skills
Self-starter mentality
Desire for long-term growth and leadership

Compensation

Compensation includes:

Competitive base salary (structured based on experience)
Performance-based profit share/ raise structure
Significant upside opportunity tied to company growth
