Job Description

Company: Landscape & Installation Corp, DBA FFI Landscape

Job Title: Landscape Installation Project Manager

Reports to: Owner

Compensation: $70-75k base salary plus bonus, Healthcare benefits, PTO of 2

weeks plus national holidays, 401k, Company Vehicle Allowance, Credit Card, Cell Phone

and Laptop.

Job Summary:

Our company is a growing landscape company that provides landscape installation services for home builders in the surrounding area. These installation jobs consist of multiple single family homes and common areas of the development so as the Homebuilder completes a house, the landscape installation needs to be done in a timely and professional manner.

Our Project Manager manage the entire installation process which includes:

Scheduling and coordinating the crews to be on job sites.
Ordering plant, trees and sod materials which are drop shipped to the site from suppliers.
Making sure the necessary equipment is on site.
Coordinating with the Home Builder to make sure the site is prepared for the installation

and resolving any site issues such as final grading and trash.

Tracking the completion of the construction of the homes in order to coordinate the timing of the landscape installation.
Assessing the need for temporary or supplemental crews to complete work on schedule as the high season can have an additional 6-7 crews for a total of 10 or more.
Reading landscape plans to make sure the installation is completed correctly.
Reviewing the spacing and depth of the installation.
Getting written approval from Home Builder Representative if additional materials are required.
Updating the system (Supply Pro) to show completion of installation jobs.
Use technology to simplify the transfer of information to crews and the home oﬃce.
Kick oﬀ meetings and safety meetings in the Sugar Hill, Ga location.
Check various projects to support the crews and provide them with guidance and materials as they need it in order to complete the job eﬃciently.
Highly organized and the ability to plan and to manage multiple projects with multiple

crews in multiple areas across the Atlanta market.

Communicate with the Foreman regularly and build confidence and trust (Spanish is

preferred)

Communicate with the Home Builder to address any potential issues that need to be

resolved.

All viable candidates must have several years of experience with managing landscape

installation and irrigation projects.

Pay: $59,654.30 - $71,841.74 per year
