Job Description: Contingent Worker – Material Management & Project Coordination (Leased Prometheus Program)

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Contingent Worker to support the Leased Prometheus program. This role will focus on material management, rack deployment schedule management and tracking, and general project coordination. The ideal candidate will have a background in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, and demonstrate the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Material Management
Oversee inventory, procurement, and distribution of materials required for the Leased Prometheus program.
Track material usage and ensure timely replenishment to avoid project delays.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve supply issues.
Rack Deployment Schedule Management & Tracking
Develop, maintain, and update rack deployment schedules.
Monitor progress against deployment timelines and proactively address potential bottlenecks.
Communicate schedule updates and status reports to stakeholders.
Project Coordination
Support project managers and team leads in coordinating activities across multiple workstreams.
Facilitate meetings, document action items, and follow up on deliverables.
Assist in the preparation of project reports, presentations, and documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain management, project management, or a related field.
Proven experience in material management, scheduling, and project coordination.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with rack deployment or data center operations.
Experience with inventory management systems and scheduling software.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

Additional Information

This is a contingent worker position supporting the Prometheus program.
The role may require occasional travel to project sites.
Candidates must be able to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
