Full Job Description

ABOUT US:

We are Leschi Lakeside Property Management; our small team manages our residential, commercial, and hospitality businesses. Our offices are located in Leschi on the shores of Lake Washington in its business district.

ABOUT YOU:

You are enthusiastic, positive, organized and invested in providing great customer service to our tenants and clients while managing all aspects required to run a successful property management company. You will be an integral part of the team that together manages all aspects of the business. Our office is technology driven with the latest software to constantly improve efficiency. This person will be extremely detail oriented, a team player and motivated to grow and learn new aspects of the industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to:

· Manage the leasing and marketing, maintenance, and all property management related tasks

· Gracefully maintain and develop all tenant relationships

· Ensure all leases, renewals, turns, move-in/move-outs, etc. are taken care of correctly and efficiently

· Monitor the marketing of our units, website, and social media

· Negotiate commercial leases and show commercial properties to prospective tenants

· Schedule our maintenance employee’s week to make sure work orders, turns, and preventative maintenance gets taken care of on a daily basis

· Stay on top of safety and liability, scheduling regular inspections to ensure compliance safety standards and property requirements

· Ensure all annual maintenance gets scheduled and completed

· Build strong relationships with our vendors and meet with them regularly

· Receive bids for capital improvement projects and execute these projects when necessary

· Monitor our short-term rentals and make sure they are managed properly by their on-site managers

· Project manage all remodels and renovation projects

· Make sure all properties always look exceptional and complete weekly rounds to ensure upkeep standards are being met

· Present financials and stay up to date with all reports and budgets

· Monitor delinquencies and ensure invoices are paid promptly

· Become a master in AppFolio, Builder Trend, and Excel

· Travel to in state and out of state properties

· All other tasks related to managing the day-to-day operations of a property management company

EXPERIENCE:

Exceptional organizational skills, extreme attention to detail and follow through
Strong customer service and phone skills
Good oral and written communication skills
Must be able to handle multiple projects, and changing priorities
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) (required)
College degree preferred.
Leasing, Marketing, and Property management experience of three plus years
AppFolio Property Management Software experience (highly preferred - this is our main software and you will need to become an expert in using)

This position is full-time, benefits include; medical/dental/vision insurance, paid holiday's, vacation, and sick days. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
