Proposal Manager - $110-$160k

Proposal Manager - Federal exp required

What you get

Salary: 110k to 160k
Bonus: approx 10 percent target performance based not guaranteed
401k: up to 4 percent match
Unlimited PTO most people take 3 to 4 weeks
Health / Vision / Dental Insurance: about 90 percent covered by employer

What you will do

Lead federal construction RFPs SOQs and pursuits end to end
Build win strategies and shape messaging
Run proposal timelines kickoff to submission
Partner with execs SMEs and partners

What you need

Federal proposal experience required
5 plus years proposals exp

Benefits

401k w/ up to 4% match
Unlimited PTO (on average employees take 3-4 weeks off per year)
~90% of medical/dental/vision insurance paid for by employer
Bonus: Targeted at ~10% annually, based on individual and company performance. This is a discretionary performance bonus and is not guaranteed.
