Full Job Description

Remote | Full-Time | Performance Bonuses Available

Assemble It is building one of the largest nationwide networks of independent assembly and installation professionals. We're looking for an energetic, organized, and confident communicator to help grow that network.

This is an outbound recruiting and relationship-building role. You'll identify qualified contractors, introduce them to our platform, answer questions, guide them through onboarding, and help them become active service providers.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer success, business development, or high-volume outbound calling.

What You'll Do

Recruit independent contractors and installation companies across the United States.
Make outbound phone calls, send emails, and text prospective partners.
Build relationships and confidently explain our contractor partnership program.
Guide contractors through the onboarding process from first contact to activation.
Follow up consistently with prospects until they are fully onboarded.
Maintain accurate records and notes within our CRM.
Work with internal systems to keep the contractor pipeline organized.
Help expand our contractor coverage nationwide.

Tools You'll Use

We provide the resources needed to succeed, including:

Proprietary contractor search tools
CRM and onboarding software
Automated email campaigns
Automated SMS campaigns
Calling platform with lead management
Organized workflows and support

Your primary responsibility is building relationships and converting qualified prospects into active contractors.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

Excellent at spoken and written English.
Friendly, professional, and confident on the phone.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day.
Highly organized with strong follow-up skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Comfortable learning new software and systems.
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.

Compensation

Base hourly pay plus performance bonuses.

Additional bonuses are available for contractor activations, network growth, and performance metrics. Top performers have significant earning potential.
