Full Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Client Operations & Transaction Processing

Process client service requests including distributions, transfers, account openings, account maintenance, beneficiary changes, and other operational transactions.
Coordinate with custodians, financial institutions, insurance carriers, and other third parties to facilitate transactions.
Monitor requests from initiation through completion to ensure timely execution.
Verify all paperwork is complete, accurate, and properly authorized before submission.
Resolve operational issues and follow up on outstanding items.

Documentation & Recordkeeping

Ensure all required documentation is obtained, organized, and stored accordingly.
Maintain up to moment documentation on team database.

Team Support

Partner closely with Financial Advisor and Client Relationship Manager to ensure seamless client service.
Provide status updates on pending transactions and operational requests.
Assist in developing and improving operational workflows and procedures.
Serve as the internal subject matter expert on operational processes.

Required Skills & Competencies

Accuracy & Attention to Detail

Exceptional ability to identify errors, omissions, and inconsistencies.
Commitment to producing high-quality, error-free work.
Strong proofreading and quality-control skills.

Organization & Completeness

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong follow-through and task completion skills.
Excellent documentation and record keeping habits.

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of operations, administrative, financial services, or client service experience.
Experience working in a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), wealth management, brokerage, or financial planning firm.
Knowledge of financial account processing and operational workflows.

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
