```Duties```
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, stretches, and manual techniques
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
```Experience```
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Experience working with patients of all ages, including pediatrics and adults
- Familiarity with acute care settings, such as hospitals or rehabilitation centers
- Proficiency in trigger point therapy and other specialized treatment techniques
- Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation requirements
Qualifications:
- Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
