Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, crafting memorable experiences through exceptional drink service and engaging customer interactions. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and hospitality expertise will help create a lively atmosphere where guests feel welcomed and valued. Whether mixing classic cocktails or recommending local brews, you’ll play a vital role in elevating our guests’ experience and ensuring smooth operations behind the bar.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, with precision and flair.
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Manage cash handling and POS transactions efficiently using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service laws and policies.
Restock bar supplies as needed, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages.
Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service when applicable, especially during catering or banquet events.
Uphold all food safety regulations and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
Ability to perform basic math for cash transactions, sales tracking, and inventory management.
Experience working in banquet settings or catering environments is a plus.
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol according to local regulations; certification in responsible alcohol service is preferred.
