Full Job Description

Location: Bellevue, WA
Schedule: Hybrid – 3–4 days remote, 1–2 days onsite per week
Pay: $45–$54/hour

Are you currently working with PACS systems and looking for an opportunity to grow your experience on a large-scale imaging project?

We're seeking a PACS Administrator to support an ongoing imaging systems migration within a healthcare environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who has hands-on PACS experience and wants exposure to a high-impact project while maintaining a flexible hybrid schedule.

Whether your title is PACS Administrator, PACS Analyst, Imaging Analyst, Radiology IT Specialist, or something similar, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Support daily PACS operations and end users
Help monitor and support a large imaging systems migration
Troubleshoot imaging workflow and access issues
Assist with workstation setup and support
Support DICOM image routing and modality connectivity
Manage and resolve support tickets
Work with clinical staff and vendor support teams to address issues
Help maintain system performance and stability throughout the migration

What We're Looking For

Experience working with PACS systems in a healthcare environment
Understanding of imaging workflows and end-user support
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work directly with users
Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset

Nice to Have

DICOM experience
Experience supporting radiology or cardiology departments
Exposure to GE, Philips, Merge, Unity, or other imaging platforms
Experience with system migrations, upgrades, or implementations

$45- $54 per hour

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Pay: $45.00 - $54.00 per hour
