Someone who can build a team, develop people, drive performance, and create an operation where customers receive great service and technicians have the support they need to succeed.

A growing collision repair organization is seeking an experienced General Manager for a Denver-area operation. This is an opportunity for someone who understands collision repair from every angle and wants the authority to make an impact.

We're looking for a leader who enjoys building something stronger than they found it.

About The Opportunity

Denver continues to be one of the fastest-growing collision repair markets in the western United States. Between heavy commuter traffic, hail events, expanding suburbs, and increasing vehicle complexity, the demand for quality repairs remains strong throughout the year.

What You'll Lead

Daily collision center operations
Production planning and workflow management
Estimator, technician, CSR, and support staff development
Customer satisfaction initiatives
Financial performance and profitability
Quality control and OEM repair compliance
Recruiting, hiring, and employee retention
Vendor and insurance partner relationships
Shop culture and team accountability

What We're Looking For

Previous collision repair management experience
Proven leadership experience in a production environment

Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to lead through change and growth
Valid driver's license
