Quality Systems Management Associate
Location: Norcross, GA
Ole Mexican Foods is looking for a structured, detail-oriented Quality Systems Management Associate to support our Quality Assurance and Compliance teams. If you enjoy data management, cross-departmental collaboration, and ensuring top-tier food safety standards, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Database & Portal Maintenance: Keep internal QA databases and customer portals accurate and regularly updated.
Document Control & Compliance: Assist in developing, updating, and deploying corporate policies, specifications, and procedures within the OLE-QMS document control module.
KPI & Trend Analysis: Log QA Key Performance Indicators, evaluate data to ensure standards are met, and generate trend reports.
Audit & Certification Support: Prepare materials for GFSI and Gluten-Free audits, and manage bi-annual FDA registrations.
Traceability & Recalls: Regularly test the Corporate Traceability Program across facilities and maintain updated recall data.
New Product Support: Create and communicate new item specifications to designated plants and the Marketing department.
Staff Training: Train QA/QC staff on database systems and new operational devices.
Position Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Language: English and Spanish is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access, with a basic understanding of applied and theoretical statistics.
Core Competencies: Excellent professional communication skills, organizational habits, and a collaborative attitude.
Physical Demand: Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the Corporate database and all customer’s portal
web bases are maintained and updated regularly. Collect data entry information
and enter in customer’s portal.
- Assist on updating and deploying corporate policies and/or documents to
facilitate raw material suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure that
process inputs meet company requirements.
- Identify and update critical-to-quality attribute measurement updates in
database as defined in quality assurance programs, specifications, processing
manuals and other quality and/or food safety documents.
- Ensuring that QA KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) are logged in the
database. Review data to ensure that critical-to-quality attributes meets company
requirements and create trends and reports based on data mining.
- Support and collaborate with special studies in cooperation with the Quality
Assurance and Marketing Department.
- Assist on GFSI and Gluten-Free Plants Audits, audit preparation and ensure
the facilitation of required audit materials.
- Ensure that the QA shared database are organized, updated, and maintained
regularly in a complete and organized manner.
- Maintain customer (retail and food service) documentation requirement up to
date and complete.
