Full Job Description

POSITION: Receptionist/Front Desk/Scheduling

JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for patient check-in and check-out, data entry/scanning of patient information, managing phones, scheduling patients, managing referred patient consultation notes and scheduling consultations for referred patients, and interfacing with other staff to facilitate good communication and best practices for patient care. All duties are interchangeable and each team member is fully trained in each capacity, able to competently fulfill all responsibilities.

Work Schedule FTE status:

40 hours/week

Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm

Education and Experience:

· Demonstrated experience in the healthcare industry

· Skilled in organizational dynamics, including work team structures.

· Strength in time management and interpersonal communication.

· Overall general organizational skills.

· Excellent customer service and high level of ability in dealing with difficult people.

· Strong financial management skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Requires ability to sit for long periods of time.
Able to stoop, and stretch, manual and finger dexterity.
Able to lift 25lbs.

Able to talk to hear, see, walk, sit, bend, squat, and type.
