About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with a well-established, high-end medical practice in the Tysons area. This busy office provides a professional, patient-focused environment with a strong emphasis on quality service and attention to detail.

Job Description:

The Medical Receptionist will support daily front desk operations and patient coordination in a fast-paced clinical setting. This role is ideal for someone who is polished, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities while delivering an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage calendar coordination
Communicate with patients regarding appointments, procedures, and general inquiries
Assist with coordinating procedures at external facilities such as hospitals or surgical centers
Prepare exam rooms and support patient flow, including room setup and reset between visits
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
Accurately enter and update patient information across internal systems (training provided)
Ensure all required documentation and details are ready ahead of scheduled procedures

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office or healthcare front desk role
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional demeanor with a high level of reliability and accountability
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a detailed, process-oriented environment
Comfortable learning new systems and workflows

Additional Details:

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with lunch break)
Fully onsite role (5 days per week)
Virtual interview process to start
